DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 14 working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery charge is $6.00 on all orders delivered within New Zealand.
Delivery charge includes packaging, delivery and insurance.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
RETURNS/REORDERS
Returns and reorders are only available within New Zealand at this stage. Please email us if you wish to return or exchange a garment.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt of order.
Items must be in original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
Please include your completed return/reorder form.
Postage/packaging on returning items to us for refund or exchange will be at your expense.
Postage/packaging on reorders will be charged at our standard delivery rate.
Refunds will be paid using the same method in which you originally paid.
PRICING
All prices in the catalogue are in NZ dollars and are GST inclusive.
GUARANTEE
We obtain our garments from manufacturers with a high standard of quality. If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund the purchase using the method in which you originally paid.
Should you receive a garment you believe has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange free return delivery for the item in question. The item will be replaced. This arrangement does not apply where the defect is deemed as normal wear and tear.
BACKORDERS
If an item you order is temporarily out of stock you may wish to place it on backorder. Tick the appropriate responses on the order form. We will advise you of expected delivery dates. Should you wish to cancel your back order you may do so at any time.

Under the NZ Privacy Act 1993 we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. Our customer list and your details will not be disclosed to any other person or company.
