Location
You will find us at the junction of the Hawkes Bay, the Manawatu and the Wairarapa regions. We are 2 hours north of Wellington, travelling up the east coast via the picturesque Wairarapa or by travelling up the west coast on-route to Hawkes Bay; the sunny, wine mecca of the North Island. If travelling south you will find us 3 hours south of Taupo.
Look out for our signs as you enter Woodville from either direction. We’re not on the Main Street, but we’re easy to find and all of the locals know us.

What you will find in store
The minute you enter our Store, you can feel the warmth and luxury of our products. See the fur throws hanging on the wall or arranged eloquently on the couch, and the colourful fur cushions. Imagine sitting in our rocking chair covered with a cosy knee rug.
Be “wooed” by our custom made ottoman using possum fur and leather.
On the centre display unit hang scarves, cuffs and headbands in stunning fashion colours, and a friendly possum puppet or two.
In our shop we also stock a small range of possum-merino knitwear and accessories; ideal for little gifts –another uniquely New Zealand product.
Our unique counter has been crafted by a local cabinet maker from an obsolete vat, once used to tan up to 600 pelts at any one time. The remaining timber from the vat has been used in the shelving just inside the door.
If we haven’t got the throw size or colour that you would like, or the cushions that you had set your heart on we will custom make them for you. Discuss this with our friendly staff.
